Coordinate the implementation of post-harvest loss programmes, including value addition initiatives;
Facilitate the implementation of WFP supported resilience projects and ensure that service providers submit reports timely;
Support project activities by ensuring projects are implemented within timeframes and allocated budget;
Support the team by drafting workplans, project plans, concept notes, letter of agreements (LoA), field level agreement (FLA), routine correspondence, memoranda and reports in accordance with standard office procedures (SOP’s).

Supporting food systems Unit with organizing field missions and conducting inspection visits, ensuring effective project implementation by service providers;
Assist the Country Office to increase small holder market systems.
Support to Strengthen the organization’s linkages with international and national research institutions; to promote effective exchanges between research institutions and farmers.
Support the implementation of initiatives aimed to reduce post-harvest losses including value addition programmes.
Support the implementation of the Namibia Rapid Rural Transformation Programme
Provide guidance to Namibia Country Office on the integration of food safety practices across various programmes;
Support with design, management and coordination of innovation programmes and interventions in the areas of sustainable resilience, smallholder support programmes, and market access.
